Cancellation Policy

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled session may incur a 50% fee.
Cancellations within 12 hours or failure to attend may incur full payment.

Rescheduling due to illness or unexpected circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Terms & Conditions

  • Payment is required prior to commencement of services.

  • Support periods begin from the agreed start date.

  • Phone consult fees are deducted from package pricing if upgrading within 48 hours.

  • Formal sleep training will not commence until babies are 4 months of age.

  • All guidance is educational and supportive and does not replace medical care.

  • Outcomes cannot be guaranteed as every child and family is unique.
