That’s completely okay - you don’t need to figure it out alone. You’re welcome to contact me and I’ll help guide you toward the best option for your family.

You’ll receive an intake form to help me understand your family, followed by a consult where we discuss your goals. From there, you’ll receive personalised guidance or a tailored sleep plan depending on your service.

Babies under 4 months receive sleep foundation support only. Formal sleep training will not commence until 4 months of age.

My services provide education and support only and do not replace medical care. If medical concerns arise, I will always recommend contacting your GP, midwife, MCH or appropriate health professional.

Yes - antenatal education sessions are offered face-to-face and tailored to you and your birth preferences.
Postpartum support can be provided either in-home (subject to location and availability) or over the phone, depending on what feels most supportive for you.
Sleep consultations are primarily delivered via phone or online support, with personalised plans and ongoing guidance from the comfort of your own home. However, in-home sleep consults are also available if you prefer face-to-face support (subject to location and availability).

Antenatal education is typically delivered between 28 - 34 weeks of pregnancy, allowing plenty of time to prepare for birth and early parenthood while everything is still feeling manageable.
I recommend getting in touch earlier in your pregnancy to secure your preferred date and avoid missing out.
-
Absolutely not. Antenatal education is tailored to you, your pregnancy, and your individual needs - whether this is your first baby or you’re welcoming another into your family.
Every pregnancy and birth experience is different, and personalised education can be valued at any stage of your parenting journey.
